IncreaseDomainRating.com Terms

1. Definitions & Contact

The Provider is IncreaseDomainRating.com. You can reach us at hello@increasedomainrating.com. A "Client" is any natural or legal person ordering SEO services, whether for business or consumer purposes. Communication takes place electronically unless the parties agree otherwise.

2. Scope of Services

• SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page) plus prioritized recommendations.
• On-page SEO consulting and implementation, including content architecture, meta tags, internal linking, and schema guidance.
• Off-page SEO, link building, and backlink strategy using DR 60–90 placements.
• Monitoring of Domain Rating (Ahrefs), Domain Authority (Moz), and other metrics agreed in the Statement of Work.

The detailed scope for each engagement is described in the offer, Statement of Work, or mutually confirmed email plan.

3. Orders & Payments

An order is considered accepted once the Client approves the proposal or quote. Payments can be made via bank transfer or Stripe. Invoices are issued in EUR or USD unless agreed otherwise.

Under Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU (and corresponding EU member-state consumer laws), services that have been fully performed or have begun with the consumer’s explicit consent are not eligible for withdrawal or refund. Therefore, once we start the engagement, all payments become non-refundable. If you want to cancel, notify us before kickoff and we will refund any unused portion.

Stripe processes cardholder data in compliance with PCI DSS. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

4. Domain Rating Guarantee

Our guarantee covers the mutually agreed Domain Rating (DR) lift in Ahrefs or an equivalent KPI. If DR does not reach the agreed threshold within 45 days after we deliver the full link package:

• we will publish additional backlinks at no extra cost until the target is met; or
• by mutual agreement, we can apply a credit toward future SEO services.

The guarantee does not convert into a cash refund once the project has started. The Client must provide access to verified data sources (Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc.) and refrain from high-risk practices that can damage domain reputation (spam, PBNs, bulk disavow). Violations void the guarantee.

5. Data Protection & Confidentiality

We process personal data in line with GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details. All client materials (briefs, domain lists, reports) remain confidential and are used solely for project delivery. We can sign additional NDAs on request.

6. Liability

We cannot guarantee specific organic rankings because search results depend on external factors (search engine algorithms, competitor actions, technical updates on the Client’s site). Our total liability is capped at the fees paid for the relevant project. We are not responsible for lost profits or indirect damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable European Union law on consumer and data protection. For matters not covered, the law of the Provider’s seat applies. Disputes are resolved amicably where possible, otherwise by a competent EU court.

8. Complaints & Disputes

Send complaints to hello@increasedomainrating.com. We respond within 14 business days. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform for cross-border disputes.
